Volunteers are the backbone of Chatham Habitat. We have a task for nearly everyone who is willing to help. No experience is necessary. Whether you donate your time on the construction site, in our re-sale stores, in our office, or in your own kitchen, your efforts help keep Habitat homes affordable for low-income families in our community.

We also welcome groups. When businesses, churches, schools, communities, and clubs volunteer with Chatham Habitat, they accomplish more than impact the lives of families in need - they also strengthen their own organizations. To sign up, contact the department you wish to volunteer with.

CONSTRUCTION Help build affordable homes in partnership with families in need. No construction experience is required!	HOME STORES When you volunteer at the Home Stores, tasks range from greeting customers, and ringing up purchases to processing merchandise.	IN THE OFFICE Be a part of the inner workings of Habitat! Work directly with the Family Services Department, help with mailings, and more.	IN THE COMMUNITY Help tutor children after school, prepare food for construction crews, ororganize a fundraiser, and more.
