Land
Acquiring buildable lots in Chatham County is becoming increasingly challenging, and having an inventory of land enables Chatham Habitat to build efficiently. Can you help? If you would like to speak to us about the sale or tax deductible donation of land, please contact Anna Spears at (919) 542-0794 x222.
Additionally, financial donations can be made to our Land Bank. These funds are donor-restricted to be used for the purchase of land. Contributing to the land bank is a great way to make a lasting impact at Chatham Habitat; our ability to purchase land in the future will ensure that Chatham Habitat is able to continue to grow. If you wish to contribute to the Land Bank, please indicate so on the memo line of your check.
Cars for Homes
By donating a car to Habitat’s Cars for Homes™ vehicle donation program, you help build and rehabilitate houses in partnership with families in need. It is quick and easy to recycle your used cars, trucks, boats, RVs, motorcycles, construction equipment or other vehicles—running or not! Plus, you may be eligible for a tax deduction if you itemize.

Gifts in Kind
Does your business have excess inventory? Everything from building materials to tools and office supplies, your donations can help keep our costs down and help us build more houses.
